The Department of Psychology at California State University-Stanislaus offers two different graduate level Masters degrees, The Master of Arts in Psychology and the Master of Science in Psychology. The Master of Arts program is spread over 30 units and looks at the various areas of the psychology field, it is designed for those who wish to progress on to study at a Doctoral level as opposed to those wanting an entry in to employment. The Master of Science Program is more suited those who wish to enter into employment in professional roles such as Therapists, Counselors as well as Behavioral Analysts.
